I had the bag about 6 months, and I am very happy with it. It is a bit shallower than I expected in the main pocket to make room for the trash in plastic, but it will easily hold a drill and hand tools torque. The outside pockets are many and useful, they are made of canvas stiff and retain their shape. A couple of them were a little tight, but you just find the right tool for the size. The plastic tray divider which are attached by row / column, so it is limitedsetting, but that ends with a stronger case. The zipper and handles are both very strong. The zipper and velcro to hold the plastic case are a little redundant, and I rarely close the zipper, but they are there if you need it. My only complaint is that if you have things in the outside pockets and more bad advice, many pockets do not empty. There is not much that can change that, but it was my only concern.
