The 575B Rollbag bagger is a semi-automatic bag sealer designed to increase the speed of hand sealing poly bagging operations. Use the 575B for fast and efficient packaging of all types of parts, kits, components, and hardware in pre-opened bags-on-a-roll. It is an ideal upgrade for operations that currently use hand sealers with polyethylene tubing or pre-printed bags. Using Autobag-style pre-opened bags-on-a-roll, the 575B automatically indexes a bag into position and opens it for loading. After filling, the bag is manually torn off of the roll and placed under the seal jaw. A foot pedal activates both the magnetically latched seal jaw and the automatic bag advance. The 575B bag sealer is designed for low volume packaging, capable of running at speeds of up to 20 bags/min. The 575B works with virtually all brands and materials of pre-opened bags-on-a-roll including Redipack, Autobag ®, and E-Z Bags ®. Minimum and maximum bag sizes are 2 in. x 2 in. up to 12 in. x 12 in., with a maximum bag thickness of up to 4 mil. The 575B has a compact and lightweight tabletop design. It?s easy to set-up and does not require compressed air or any custom installation. Convenient front loading entry for pre-opened bags-on-a-roll allows rapid bag size changeover. Automatic bag advance with fine-tuning capability allows the operator to obtain the optimal bag filling position without having to slow down the entire operation. Adjust the heat and cool time for appropriately sealing different bag materials and thicknesses. Impulse seal system means no warm-up time is required, resulting in increased efficiency.
