I have not managed to stop my dogs from entering the bin so we bought this to hang our garbage bags on the wall. It works wonderfully. The only drawback is that it is not for more than about 5 pounds of weight, we have a Rubbermaid container below the bottom of the garbage bag is based on. Now my dogs can not happen to chicken bones and others. In addition, you have no desire to take on a bin bag, you simply lift up the rubber band around the top and take the bag of thoughtlow, so that you can use most of the garbage bag.
